At The Church of the Ascension on Saturday 14th September 11am meet at the church hall for a warm up before heading up onto the Dene for a short fun run - suitable for almost everyone.
It will take place on the grass - so caution will be advised - wear appropriate footwear and be mindful of the slightly uneven surface of the grass.
